I’m Laura Brown, and I’m not just a fitness coach, I’m a living example of what happens when you decide you're done giving up.

I know exactly what it feels like to be exhausted, trapped in your own body, and constantly ache. I once weighed over 200 pounds, (at 5' 1") and the fatigue and extra weight were draining my life. I spent years chasing quick fixes... diet pills, fad workout machines, and endless restriction... that never, ever worked.

Everything changed when my doctor gave me a wake-up call: I wouldn't live to see 30 if I didn’t take control. Determined to save my life, I started small, walking a field behind my house. At first, I could barely make it 100 feet without gasping for air. But step by step, I built the strength, lost the first 50 pounds, and then joined a gym. I dropped another 52 pounds, but this time, I went too far. I had gone from being severely overweight to nearly borderline anorexic, weighing just 98 pounds.

That painful experience was my second big turning point. With the guidance of a great coach, I discovered the power of bodybuilding and my true strength. I gained 14 pounds of solid muscle, stepping onto the competition stage for the first time. I went on to compete in 18 more shows, earning first place in all but two.

Today, as the founder of Fit and Sexy Bodies Online Coaching, I use my 25+ years of real-world experience to help women between 30 and 65 break free from the very same cycle I once lived.

My coaching is built on my signature four-pillar system: Metabolic Mastery, Sculpt & Strengthen, Transformation Tactics, and Empowered Mindset, to help you transform your body and mind for life.

My mission is simple: to help every woman stop punishing herself and start feeling strong, confident, and sexy in her own skin, because I know exactly what it takes to get there the right way.
