Everyone's body is different and requires specific training designed for his or her individual needs. Everyone has a different shape, metabolism, level of conditioning, muscle development, and genetic make-up. I use all of these factors including your blood type to determine how you should train and eat.
The human body is like a piece of clay, and I am here to help shape it! Utilizing various exercise techniques, I can sculpt and tone every muscle to create the best symmetry possible for you. I train you to add muscle where you need it- giving you a V-taper- while shedding excess body fat and keeping everything else in balance.
Keep in mind that I’m not like most trainers. My work ethic is different; I’m not here to simply help you lose weight or get bigger (anyone can do that) but to concentrate on losing inches and keeping those inches off to prevent yo-yo dieting. Many trainers work for short-term results to keep their clients happy (fast results are awesome but rarely last) so, the next thing you know the pounds are back. The client should not have to stay dependent on their trainer. My focus is on educating my clients for long-term results! Keeping the fat off and that hard-earned muscle you've built defines true success for you and for me.
