Everyone's body is different and requires specific training designed for his or her individual needs. Everyone has a different shape, metabolism, level of conditioning, and muscle development. I use all of these factors including your blood type to determine how to train you.
The
human body is like a piece of clay, and I am here to help shape it!
Utilizing various exercise techniques, I can sculpt and tone every
muscle to create the best symmetry possible for you. I train you to add
muscle where you need it- giving you a V-taper- while shedding excess
body fat and keeping everything else in balance.
Your best results
cannot be achieved by going to some school or taking a certification
program. I strongly believe it can only be perfected by customizing a
fitness program that caters to your individual needs. I speak from many
years of fitness training experience, as I have learned with trial and
error on myself and working with others.
Keep in mind that I’m not like most
trainers. My work ethic is different; I’m not here to simply help you
lose weight (anyone can do that), but to concentrate on losing inches and keeping those inches off to prevent yo-yo dieting. Many
trainers work for short term results of making a client happy by
helping him or her shed pounds, but when the client stops training the weight
comes right back! The client should not have to stay dependent on a trainer. My
focus is on educating my clients for long-term results! Keeping the
weight off defines true success for you and for me.
